First, organizations can join the PlayWell network so our team can understand their sports, locations, season, event volume, and support needs. Then, connected organizations can submit specific events for review and request the right level of support — from RESPOND Packs to staffed stations to sponsor-funded activations.

RESPOND Pack Rentals
RESPOND Pack — PlayWell’s managed game-day readiness pack. PlayWell RESPOND Packs can be reserved for approved events. PlayWell recommends the appropriate quantity based on event size, duration, venue layout, number of activity areas, and operational needs.
Staffed PlayWell Stations
For events that need higher-touch onsite support, PlayWell can provide a staffed wellness station with hydration support, cooling resources, basic first-aid support within defined role and service boundaries, documentation, notification and escalation when appropriate, recap support, and private wellness space when available.
Sponsor-Funded Support
Approved events may be supported by sponsors, healthcare partners, brands, local businesses, or community organizations that fund PlayWell RESPOND Pack rentals, staffed stations, or regional activations.
Tournament & Expanded Event Support
For multi-game days, showcases, tournaments, and larger community sports events that may need multiple RESPOND Packs, staffed support, additional planning, and stronger documentation.
Facility & Recreation Support
For sports facilities, parks and recreation departments, multi-field events, and recurring community sports programming that need a more structured readiness approach.
When station configuration and event conditions allow, the RESPOND Station may provide a private or semi-private space for brief personal wellness needs such as breastfeeding, pumping, tending to an infant, or privacy following a minor incident.

PlayWell uses one standard RESPOND Pack. Larger events do not need a different pack type — PlayWell recommends the appropriate RESPOND Pack quantity based on event size, duration, venue layout, number of activity areas, and operational needs.

PlayWell RESPOND Packs are managed rental assets and may include asset tracking to support inventory recovery, delivery coordination, return logistics, and asset protection. Trackers are used only to locate the pack, not to monitor individuals, athletes, families, spectators, or event participants.
