Roles
Two Ways to Support Game Day
Wellness Specialist
Serves as the qualified lead for approved PlayWell wellness support — hydration and cooling, emergency recognition and escalation, and documentation at staffed PlayWell Stations.
Station Assistant
Provides non-clinical game-day support: station setup and breakdown, hydration and supplies, participant flow, station organization, and operational support to the Wellness Specialist.

Wellness Specialist
- Able to serve as the qualified lead for approved PlayWell wellness support
- Meets current PlayWell qualification, training, documentation, and role-specific readiness requirements before accepting assignments
- Reliable, professional, and able to follow defined role boundaries
Station Assistant
- Reliable, organized, and comfortable at outdoor/community sports events
- Event, youth sports, operations, or logistics experience is helpful
- Willing to follow PlayWell procedures and complete required documentation/training

Candidates must meet current PlayWell qualification, training, documentation, and role-specific readiness requirements before accepting assignments. Exact requirements are confirmed during onboarding.
