If selected for follow-up, PlayWell may request additional information such as a resume, professional license information, First Aid and CPR/AED certification documentation, or other information needed to verify qualifications for the selected role.

Submitting staff interest does not guarantee selection, onboarding, or event assignments.

6. Children's Privacy

PlayWell's website and forms are intended for adults, including league organizers, sponsors, staff applicants, parents, guardians, facilities, schools, and community partners.

PlayWell does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the website. If we learn that personal information from a child under 13 has been submitted directly to us without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

7. Event and Participant Information

PlayWell’s public website forms are intended primarily for organization, event, sponsor, applicant, and contact information and are not intended for submission of participant medical records or detailed health histories.

During delivery of PlayWell services, authorized PlayWell personnel may create limited operational documentation regarding observations, support provided, notifications made, escalation steps, or other event-related activity when appropriate. Such records are used for operational, safety, quality, compliance, and recordkeeping purposes and are handled separately from general website inquiries.

PlayWell retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to support our operations, respond to inquiries, manage relationships, document event activity, comply with legal or administrative obligations, resolve disputes, and improve services.
